Booking Deadline
The discounted room block is available until May 13, 2026 or until the room block sells out, whichever occurs first.
Book Early
Availability is limited and conference registration does not guarantee room availability. We encourage you to confirm your reservations early.
Important
You must be a registered attendee to reserve a room. The hotel reservation link can be found in your registration confirmation email.
Buyer Beware of Housing Scams
Protect Yourself from Fraudulent Companies
If you as an attendee are contacted by ANY company except AONL about hotel reservations for Advocacy Day, please inform AONL immediately.
Warning Signs of Housing Scams:
- Unsolicited phone calls or emails offering hotel rooms
- Companies claiming to be "official" partners (other than Key Bookings)
- Pressure to book immediately with payment upfront
- Rates that seem too good to be true
- Requests for payment via wire transfer or gift cards
Previous attendees reported that after paying these fraudulent companies, no rooms were reserved, and they lost their money.
AONL shall not be responsible for any damages or costs related to any hotel reservations made via an unauthorized solicitation of hotel reservations.
If you are contacted by another housing company trying to sell hotel rooms, please notify aonlannualconference@aha.org immediately.
